My name is Kimi Bivins
Ms. Bivins is an Ozark, AL native and 26-year Army Veteran and SFC. While in the military, her specialty was Human Resources which is a plus in her civilian life. She is also an author and entrepreneur. She earned a Multidisciplinary BS degree from Grantham University in 2010 while on active duty. She also earned an Interdisciplinary BS degree with a concentration in Entrepreneurial Studies, Psychology, and Military Studies with Troy University in 2019. As of July 2023, Kimi completed her Masters in Public Administration from Troy University. After receiving her license, She worked for two real estate firms before launching own her own real estate firm The Bivins Realty Group in 2022. Ms. Bivins prides herself in providing exceptional customer service with integrity. At Bivins Realty Group, building lasting relationships with families and surrounding communities is a must. Ms. Bivins believes obtaining homeownership is not just about finding a home but a LEGACY that can be handed down from generation to generation. In her spare time, she likes to spend time with family. Kimi is a member of the Wiregrass Board of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, and Wiregrass Black Chamber of Commerce.
