Rashawn L. Smith Jr. is the newest member of The Bivins Realty Group and the firm’s first agent. A Florence High School graduate from Florence, AL, Rashawn brings a wealth of experience to his role in real estate, bolstered by his work in life insurance and pharmaceutical sales. His strong background in sales positions him as a valuable asset to the team. Rashawn earned his Bachelor’s degree in Business from the University of Mississippi, where he also played football for Ole Miss. He furthered his education with a Master’s in Policy Organizational Leadership from Samford University. His diverse educational and professional background underscores his commitment to excellence and his readiness to excel in real estate. In addition to his real estate focus, Rashawn is a member of Kappa Alpha Psi and the National Association of Realtors. He is enthusiastic about helping homebuyers, sellers, and investors navigate their real estate transactions. Outside of his professional life, Rashawn is a proud father to one daughter and is newly engaged to his fiancée, Angel. He looks forward to blending his personal and professional aspirations as he embarks on this new chapter with Bivins Realty Group.
